Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) We have been corporate members of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) and have been since our inception. It is important for us to align ourselves with professional bodies that can be on hand to assist us with our recruitment practice.
Recruitment Employment Confederation Audit The REC Audit is often referred to as the gold standard in terms of recruitment practice. This is a non compulsory standard of excellence assessment, which looks in detail at all aspects of recruitment practice. This ranges from where we recruit our applicants, training of all staff, our filing procedures and data protection. Bright Recruitment was assessed in November 2008 and we achieved an incredible 92% in our inspection!
