Bright Recruitment Agency workers will undertake the following core training:
- First Aid at Work (Health and Safety Executive Approved)
- Food & Hygiene Charted Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) certificated
- An Introduction to Autism Learning Disability Award Framework (LDAF)
- Health & Safety at Work Charted Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH)
- Person Centred Planning (foundation course)*
- Challenging Behaviour *
- Fire Safety
- Medication Awareness*
- Epilepsy Awareness
- Makaton for Beginners*
- Physical Intervention *
- Report Writing
This training will be undertaken yearly and is compulsory
